Oct. 21st, 2003 10:29 amI am no longer a SoCom virgin. We rented a PS2 last night and found an old copy of the game so I could play with the guys (oops! And Jen, I forgot, considering the ratio of players in general we had a pretty good showing on the female front.)
Anyway, I'd say the game itself got a moderate fun rating from me. I DO like my "run around and shoot" type games ;P but it's not like it was too distinctive from any other of that type. The extreme fun part comes from having five of us, that's right, five, all playing in the same room. This was accomplished through five TV's, five ps2's, and two routers. I seriously thought the room was going to spontaneously combust!
OK, well I'm in a picture taking mood so before, I may have something to show for myself later on...
