This third shift crap is screwing me over in so many different ways. I mean first of all I feel like crap ALL the time which may not solely be to blame on working 11 in the p.m. until 7 in the a.m. most days, but I think it's partially to blame. I mean, I never had this many problems when I worked from some time in the a.m. or early p.m. until sometime in the mid to late p.m. Slept when it was dark like everyone else. Currently it's my ears which may or may not be related to my messed up schedule. I just think my immune system has been shot to hell being that I never sleep or keep any sort of regular schedule, not to mention that I'm working in the most UNhealthy of environments. Either way, it'd be nice to be able to hear out of BOTH ears again. Someone at work suggested rinsing them with hydrogen peroxide so I'm going to try that. If I still can't hear tomorrow...I think I'll try jamming a crochet hook through one ear and out the other :P
Did I mention NO sleeping schedule? No sleeping schedule (not even a bad one) because there is no sleep. Bleh.
And the apartment is such a mess, but how the hell am I supposed to clean when half the time I don't even want to get up because I feel like shit and know I'll have to go to work again all too soon so I can just make everything worse? Fabulous. Charlie probably hates us by now. No wonder hamsters are reclusive. If whenever I went outside I was met with nothing but my own urine and poop, I'd probably stay in as much as possible too.
Damn ears!!!!

How's that for screwing with your head? Especially since everyone I know works normal schedules so on the days I have off (strategically placed on Saturday and Monday :P) they're expecting me to follow a normal schedule like they are. Ah! but I'll quit complaining. I guess I just have to deal with it and hope to move to firsts...SOON
