hooray for intoxicating substances...

no one wants to drink with me tonight. So I'm drinking with myself. SO THERE! Here's your alcohol fact of the night: Alcohol enters your system quickest in this order (descending) mixed with soda/carbonated beverage, straight, mixed with milk/juice/non-carbonated beverage. And I don't have any Diet Coke to mix with my coconut rum so I'm drinking it straight instead, trying to invent a good martini. Bacardi Limon and Apple Pucker doesn't seem to be too bad though the first couple drinks made me shudder. (I'm kind of a wuss though about strong drinks.) I'm about a third of the way through it now though so it's starting to taste pretty good.
ummm...also I'm not nearly as sober as I appear. I've managed to catch all my typos....for now. And I'm still considering staying at my mom's for awhile. Perhaps more of that will come out later after another martini invention or two!
