laurenafTry this one:
Take one of those 'House for Sale' signs out of someone's yard and stick it in someone else's yard. Try to put it in a spot where it's easy to see from the road, but not likely for the person in the house to see.
Bonus points if you come back later, the sign is still up, and you knock on the door and ask them how much they're asking, if you can look around the house, etc. (the more insistant that the house IS for sale, the better!)
