Ha! I can't. I mean who would be selling fresh fish at this time??? (Plus I've kind of started that whole drinking thing and shouldn't be going out at the moment.)
I could cook up some rice in the rice wine and vinegar and all and have it ready...but I think it's supposed to be used the next day and we don't really have a big selection of fish markets near-by. They probably wouldn't be open on New Year's Eve either.
Mmmm....sushi. I wish some would just magically appear instead :P
